At The Good Find, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• Proof of purchase must be provided.

Items that have been used, damaged by misuse, or returned without original packaging may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal care and beauty products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Where applicable, we may offer exchanges for defective or damaged products, subject to stock availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item supplied by The Good Find, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.

For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been processed and shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
